Cancellations and Returns

Shipping Criteria

Generally, orders are dispatched within 72 hours from the date of order. For lead-time items, customers will be communicated accordingly with the expected date of shipping. Once the material is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. We accept cancellations only until the material is not shipped from our warehouse.

Return/Replacement Criteria

  • Different from what was ordered

  • Delivered with any defect

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Delivered in a physically damaged condition

  • Significantly different from the description provided

How to Raise a Return Request?

If you have received a damaged product, an empty parcel, or any item is missing from the package, or for reasons fulfilling the conditions mentioned above, you can lodge a return request or complaint via our email address at ashtekindustry@gmail.com with an exact image of the defective product, or contact our helpline number at +91-987465123 within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customer Support will confirm the return request and inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure the product is in unused and original condition and includes all labels, the user manual, the warranty card, and the invoice along with the product.

Where to Return the Product?

Our courier service facilitates pickups from areas under certain pin codes. If your area is not serviceable, you must courier the item to the following address:

How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel your order, you need to lodge a cancellation request via email at ashtekindustry@gmail.com or contact our helpline number at +91-987654321.

Please Note: Cancellation requests can only be accepted before shipment of the ordered product. Ashtek Industry Mart reserves the right to cancel orders under the following scenarios:

  • Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock

  • Non-serviceable locations

  • Restriction on the quantity ordered

  • Problems identified by our Inspection & Quality Department

  • Incomplete or inaccurate address

Refund Policy

If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred specifications or model, or if it is out of stock, you may request a refund. You can contact us via email at ashtekindustry@gmail.com or call our Supply Chain Team at +91-8744070606. Refunds will be processed after approval. Once approved, your money will be credited back via one of the following methods:

  • As an NEFT transfer if you paid via Bank Transfer.

  • As a refund via the same source used to pay for the order (e.g., if you paid via an ICICI Debit/Credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card/account).

  • If the payment was made through a QR code via Paytm or another wallet, the refund will be sent to the same wallet.

Once the refund is initiated, you will receive an email confirmation. It typically takes up to 5 working days for the amount to be credited. If the amount is not reflected, please contact us at the provided email address or helpline number.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any product that has been used/worn or altered is not eligible for return.

  • Physical damage to the box or product cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Return requests raised beyond the advised timeline are not eligible.

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories are not eligible.

  • If the sealed package of branded products is opened, the return policy is voided.

  • Brand packaging must be intact.

  • Products with codes/models selected by the customer are not eligible for return.

  • Replacements depend on the availability of the item.

  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • Certain categories have return exceptions. Refer to Table 1.1.

Warranty & Guarantee

All materials sold by Ashtek Industry Mart cover general warranty terms as per OEM policy. We support warranty execution in collaboration with the OEM.

Ashtek Industry Mart accepts 100% advance payment before dispatch through secure payment partners like CCAvenue and Paytm.

Security of Payment Method

We use the latest version of TLS, a robust data security protocol that enables secure communication over the internet.

Charge-Back Options

Charge-back options follow payment gateway policies and RBI guidelines.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Customers can lodge complaints for after-sales service or any other issues at ashtekindustry@gmail.com. Our team will respond within 2-3 working days.
